Isle Of Palms Public Service Electrical Assess

We performed a general electrical assessment/familiarization of the existing approximately 31,000 sq. ft., three-story public services building located in the City of Isle of Palms SC. We performed field observations in order to better determine the condition of the existing electrical infrastructure and associated systems (lighting, fire alarm, receptacles, HVAC system, etc.) and to report any deficiencies found.

Based on the findings we performed electrical engineering services to complete essential building upgrades and/or renovations to correct code and life safety issues.  This included light fixture replacement, power connections to mechanical equipment and power system modifications as required.
