A mixed-use project consisting of 52 luxury condominiums and a 9,000 square foot public art gallery. The project was designed to blend into the historic French Quarter Neighborhood containing buildings dating to the early 1800s.

The project encompasses an entire city block, including four three-story buildings and an elevated commons area courtyard over a ground level parking structure.

The electrical challenges included flood plain considerations, designing for metered services with limited equipment space and providing period appropriate lighting.
