This project involved the renovation of two historic buildings and construction of a new building to form the Charleston Federal Courthouse complex. The facility included courtrooms, jury rooms, conferencing, holding cells, judges’ chambers and administrative offices.

GWA served as consultant to the general contractor and coordinated design and engineering with Federal Court facilities staff and the General Services Administration.
