This was a renovation of seventeen buildings to comply with Executive Order 13423 and the Energy Act of 2005. The project included designs for hangars, dormitories, multipurpose and administration facilities.

Control systems were designed to suit the function of each building and included occupancy sensors and low-voltage lighting control systems.
