1200-car parking garage constructed at the University of South Carolina to accommodate additional parking created by the new National Advocacy Center, for which GWA also provided electrical engineering.

Electrical engineering included general power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting and provision for parking systems. Also included was medium voltage (13.8 kv) power for this facility as well as adjacent buildings by means of refurbishing the existing campus power distribution system at the project site.
