This project was a five-story, 125,000 square foot medical office building, a 700-car parking garage and 565-foot long elevated concourse connecting  the Medical Center.  The project was the first phase of a master plan designed to include 2,600 parking spaces, an additional 350,000 square feet of medical offices and  an acute care facility. 

The building shell was designed to accommodate a variety of medical tenants, including provision for an ambulatory surgery center.  Electrical systems included normal and emergency power distribution with a layered transient voltage surge suppression system, lighting with intelligent controls, lightning protection and grounding, fire alarm and communication infrastructure, including a link to the existing Medical Center.
