A new six-level, 811-space parking garage, part of the new 175,466, LEED-Certified medical office building on the main campus of Lexington Medical Center.

This project replaced an existing obsolete uninterruptable power system (UPS).Engineering included a plan for construction with no interruption of power, cooling, fire protection or monitoring systems.

This project was a data center designed concurrently with a four-level 50,000 square foot administration building.
