Home Team BBQ originated in Charleston, SC in 2006 and now boasts six locations. The fifth and sixth locations were completed under a design-build delivery model.

Renovations to the former Pavilion Towers into Vista Tower apartments. The project included the renovation of four existing apartment towers with 240 total apartment units, pool area, and amenity areas. The existing 3-story office building was converted into 23 apartments with additional amenity spaces.

Conversion of a 21-story, 456,000 square foot office building (Palmetto Center) on Main Street in Columbia, SC into 260 luxury suites ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms. The project, targeted as a student housing facility, includes 848 beds, a 24/7 modern fitness center, yoga center, gaming area, golf simulator, spa, sauna, tanning salon, bicycle storage, club room, conference rooms, study lounges and a business center.

The National Advocacy Center is a multipurpose building incorporating a hotel; meeting and conference rooms; offices; food service facilities and courtrooms.

A mixed-use project consisting of 52 luxury condominiums and a 9,000 square foot public art gallery. The project was designed to blend into the historic French Quarter Neighborhood containing buildings dating to the early 1800s.

This was a condominium resort complex with 3 and 4 bedroom units (selling for $1.2M-$1.8M each), multiple parking levels, rooftop gardens, raised pool, bathhouse, kitchen facility, bars and other amenities.

This project was a retirement community associated with Lutheran Homes of South Carolina and is located on a 42 acre tract in Mount Pleasant.

This $4.7M expansion project, part of Charleston’s $10M affordable housing bond issue, added thirteen new cottage units to the original twenty-five.

Located adjacent to the Aquarium, the facility combines retail, office, theatre and food services in a single development.
