Florence Fire Stations #4 ($2.5M) and #6 ($3M) were two separate projects completed simultaneously under a Design-Build delivery method. The new Fire Stations in the City of Florence were funded with a public bond and are placed accommodate growth on the west side of the city.

We performed a general electrical assessment/familiarization of the existing approximately 31,000 sq. ft., three-story public services building located in the City of Isle of Palms.

The Florence City-County Complex houses the Police Department, 911 Call Center, Judicial Center, and other civic entities which require reliable emergency power.

The South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy was organized in 1968 and is the only authorized law enforcement training facility in the state. The Academy trains city and county police officers as well as officers working for the Department of Natural Resources.

This was a renovation of seventeen buildings to comply with Executive Order 13423 and the Energy Act of 2005. The project included designs for hangars, dormitories, multipurpose and administration facilities.

This project was a $5.3 Million, 24,000 square-foot office building comprised of three levels with new Jasper County Council Chambers. The building was part of a multi-phase project which included the renovation of the existing historic courthouse and site improvements.

This project involved the renovation of two historic buildings and construction of a new building to form the Charleston Federal Courthouse complex.

This expansion of the Charleston County Detention Center included a 334,000 square-foot, four-story facility providing additional housing for 1,344 inmates.
