Dedicated in May 2014, the park occupies a predominantly wooded 14-acre site and has a paved trail, playgrounds, a grassy area, a picnic shelter, restrooms, and a 500-seat amphitheater.

Richland County School District Two developed a tennis center at Spring Valley High School for the benefit of the school’s tennis program and the surrounding community.

This project was a new community sports complex with seven baseball fields, five picnic shelters, a mile-long lighted walking trail, two “cool zones”, a maintenance facility, community building, a 283-car parking lot and two tower buildings housing storage, concessions, restrooms and offices.

Coble Plaza is an open-air terrace which overlooks the city’s canal and faces the Congaree River and the Gervais Street bridge. Built for $5.1 million, the plaza features an amphitheater and a boardwalk.
